We are seeking a reliable, discreet, and highly organized Live-in Personal Assistant & Home Office Executive to provide comprehensive support to the CEO. This role blends personal assistance, household management, administrative coordination, and basic customer care/telesales responsibilities within a professional home-based environment.
The ideal candidate will be adaptable, trustworthy, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities while maintaining confidentiality, professionalism, and a well-organized living and working space.
Key Responsibilities
Household & Personal Support

Prepare coffee, tea, and basic meals for the CEO

Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of the residence and home office

Manage household supplies and daily upkeep

Provide basic care for pets during the CEO’s travel (feeding, cleanliness, routine care)

Ensure the home office remains clean, organized, and work-ready at all times
Personal Assistant Duties

Manage the CEO’s calendar, appointments, and reminders

Handle emails, correspondence, and follow-ups

Assist with daily personal and professional tasks as required

Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion at all times
Administrative & Home Office Support

Perform basic administrative tasks including data entry, document handling, and coordination

Use Microsoft Outlook, email systems, and MS Office tools efficiently

Post and manage job listings on online job portals (basic level)

Support internal coordination and maintain accurate records
Customer Care & Telesales Support

Respond to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, email, and online portals

Support basic customer care activities and follow-ups

Assist with telesales coordination and lead follow-ups when required

Maintain a polite, professional, and service-oriented approach in all interactions
Candidate Requirements
Skills & Experience

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, email, and MS Office

Good written and spoken communication skills

Strong multitasking, organization, and time-management abilities

Prior experience as a Personal Assistant, House Manager, or Administrative Assistant is an advantage
