Ahmadyar Developments is hiring a Contracts & Procurement Engineer to join its Projects Department in Dubai. This role will support current and upcoming developments, with a strong emphasis on quantity surveying, project billing, procurement coordination, and contract administration within luxury real estate and construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

Quantity Surveying & Cost Control

• Perform quantity surveying activities including measurement, estimation, and cost analysis

• Support cost monitoring and budget control throughout the project lifecycle

Billing & Commercial Management

• Prepare and manage interim and final project billings

• Ensure billing accuracy in line with contracts, BOQs, and project progress

Procurement Management

• Manage procurement processes including material requisitions, vendor coordination, and purchase orders

• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely material delivery

• Maintain procurement records and transactions within ERP systems

Contracts Administration

• Assist in the preparation, review, and administration of contracts and subcontracts

• Ensure compliance with contractual terms, documentation, and approval workflows

Project Coordination & Reporting

• Work closely with project teams to align procurement schedules and billing milestones

• Maintain accurate records for procurement, contracts, and billing

• Support management with cost reports and commercial documentation

Candidate Requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent qualification

Experience

• 5–6 years of relevant experience in:

  • Quantity Surveying

  • Project Billing & Cost Control

  • Contracts Administration

  • Procurement

• Mandatory experience with a real estate developer or construction company

Technical Skills

• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

• Working knowledge of ERP systems related to procurement and billing

• Ability to read and interpret drawings using AutoCAD
