Chalhoub Group is seeking a Senior Associate – People Partner to support employee relations, people analytics, and HR advisory activities across multiple business verticals. Reporting to the Senior People Partner, this role plays a key part in delivering people insights, strengthening employee engagement, and supporting data-driven decision-making within a dynamic luxury retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

Employee Relations & People Support

  • Act as a visible, approachable point of contact for employees, providing day-to-day HR guidance and support

  • Serve as a trusted advisor on conflict management, feedback conversations, and team dynamics

  • Manage employee relations cases, including investigations, documentation, and resolution of grievances in line with company policies and local labor legislation

People Analytics & Insights

  • Analyze and interpret people data, dashboards, and reports to provide actionable insights

  • Support the preparation of people analytics during budget cycles, workforce planning, and transformation initiatives

  • Translate employee survey results (Voice of People, Great Place to Work, engagement surveys) into practical action plans

Talent & Internal Mobility

  • Support and help implement strategies that promote internal mobility and career development opportunities

  • Partner with stakeholders to enable talent movement across functions and business units

Stakeholder Collaboration & Projects

  • Partner with People & Culture, Group Management, and Group Transform teams to support business priorities

  • Support transformation programs through time allocation tracking, cost-split analysis, and reporting for Super Users, Testers, and Data Owners

  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery of people-related data and insights


Candidate Requirements

  • Strong numerical and analytical capability, with confidence in budgets, cost analysis, and data interpretation

  • Proven ability to manage employee relations matters with professionalism and discretion

  • High level of comfort using HR systems, surveys, dashboards, and reporting tools

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
