The hotel is seeking a Supervisor – Sports & Leisure to join its dynamic team. The role is focused on managing resort activities, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, and providing exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of resort activities, ensuring areas are safe, clean, and well-maintained.

• Develop and implement activity programs aligned with the sports and leisure team.

• Supervise, train, and schedule staff to maintain high performance standards.

• Deliver outstanding guest service and resolve concerns or complaints promptly.

• Organize and manage recreational activities and events, ensuring smooth execution.

• Conduct regular health and safety checks, ensuring compliance with standards.

• Collaborate with marketing to promote activities and maximize participation.

Skills & Qualifications Required:

• 3–5 years of experience in a similar supervisory role within hospitality or leisure.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.

• Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills.

• A creative mindset to enhance guest engagement.
