Jumeirah English Speaking School (JESS), a prestigious British International School in Dubai rated ‘Outstanding’ by DSIB and ranked in the Spears Top 100 schools, is seeking an Inclusion Learning Support Assistant for an immediate start. The successful candidate will support students in engaging with learning, working with individuals or small groups across the curriculum, while promoting an inclusive, caring, and respectful learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist children in engaging with lessons and learning activities.

• Support individual students or small groups across different areas of the curriculum.

• Collaborate with teachers and the inclusion department to meet student needs.

• Encourage student participation, curiosity, and achievement.

• Promote the school’s values of excellence, respect, care, and community.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Preferably hold a CACHE Level 3 qualification or equivalent.

• A SEN (Special Educational Needs) or related qualification is desirable.

• Relevant, recent school-based classroom or inclusion department experience.

• Primary school teaching/assistant experience is desirable.

• Must be sponsored by spouse/father and have valid medical insurance (local contractual basis).
