Job Responsibilities:

Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of guest rooms, balconies, bathrooms, restaurants, public areas, and hallways according to hotel standards.

Replenish guest supplies and ensure prompt responses to guest requests.

Report any damages, malfunctions, or unusual activities in rooms or public areas to the Supervisor.

Maintain daily productivity and section reports accurately.

Handle guest complaints courteously and efficiently.

Comply with hotel grooming, hygiene, safety, and fire evacuation policies.

Attend daily briefings, meetings, and relevant training sessions.
-
Provide valet services and assist with laundry orders when required.

Adhere to lost and found procedures and uphold all housekeeping SOPs.
Skills and Qualifications:
-
Prior housekeeping experience is preferred.
-
Warm, caring personality with a proactive and guest-oriented approach.
-
Strong organizational and time management skills.
-
Professional grooming and adherence to hygiene standards.
-
Understanding of VIP service levels and different room categories.
-
Ability to work well independently and within a multicultural team.
