Boehringer Ingelheim is offering a 6-month Talent Acquisition Internship for passionate individuals ready to grow their careers in HR. This hybrid, full-time opportunity in Dubai allows you to work closely with experienced professionals and gain valuable insights into recruitment processes, systems, and corporate culture. Ideal for early-career HR enthusiasts, the role includes hands-on involvement in sourcing, screening, scheduling, and recruiting projects.
Key Responsibilities:

Learn the company’s structure, systems, and HR policies

Assist the TA team with job postings, CV screening, and scheduling interviews

Support end-to-end recruitment processes

Source and identify candidates through various platforms

Conduct initial phone screenings and coordinate assessments

Maintain accurate candidate records in SuccessFactors Recruiting

Participate in TA-related projects

Provide admin support to the broader HR team
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field

6–12 months of prior HR experience in the UAE

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

Effective communication skills; Arabic is a plus

Strong organization, multitasking, and time management skills

Analytical thinking with adaptability to shifting priorities

Positive attitude, team player, and eagerness to learn
