Job Title: HR Assistant
Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Assistant to support the human resources operations of a well-established global petrochemical group specializing in paints and coating products. This full-time role is based in Dubai, UAE, and offers a competitive salary package of up to AED 5,000 (all-inclusive), depending on experience and qualifications.
As an HR Assistant, you will play a key role in recruitment coordination, employee data management, payroll support, and compliance with UAE labor laws.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct initial screening of candidates, coordinate interviews, and manage onboarding logistics including medicals, visa processing, and induction schedules

Maintain and regularly update employee information in the HR Management System (HRMS) and personnel files

Ensure accurate tracking and coordination of attendance, overtime, and leave data for payroll processing

Liaise with the Finance team for timely and accurate salary and benefits disbursement

Draft and process employment-related documents including offer letters, contracts, NOCs, warning letters, and termination notices

Ensure compliance with MOHRE, MOL, and immigration procedures and regulations
Qualifications & Requirements:

Female, aged 35 or below

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

Minimum 2 years of HR experience in the UAE

Solid experience in recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, and visa/labor card processing

Strong knowledge of UAE labor law and MOHRE/MOL policies

Proficient in HRMS platforms such as Oracle, SAP, Odoo, or equivalent systems
