As a Senior Relationship Officer, your core role will involve achieving set KPIs, maintaining performance efficiency, driving credit card acquisitions, and delivering customer-focused solutions with integrity and accountability.

Responsibilities:

• Drive sales to achieve monthly KPIs in credit card acquisitions and balance-building targets.

• Ensure disciplined adherence to daily operational routines, including punctuality and participation in team huddles.

• Conduct regular customer follow-ups to maintain engagement and ensure high satisfaction.

• Ensure complete transparency in customer dealings, avoiding any form of mis-selling.

• Monitor personal performance metrics and adjust strategies to improve outcomes.

• Align all sales activities with broader team goals and campaign requirements.

• Stay up to date with ongoing product campaigns and leverage systems effectively for performance enhancement.

Skills and Qualifications Required:

• Proven experience in banking sales, preferably with exposure to retail banking and credit card acquisition.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
