Role Summary:
TASC Outsourcing is seeking a Recruiter (Arabic-speaking) for a 3-month outsourced contract based in Dubai. This is a full-time on-site role, ideal for professionals with prior experience in volume hiring for the retail or hospitality sectors. The recruiter will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities, ensuring timely onboarding of candidates to meet project demands.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source candidates using job portals, social media, and professional networks

• Conduct screening calls and initial interviews to assess candidate suitability

• Collaborate with hiring managers to coordinate interview schedules

• Manage recruitment trackers and maintain accurate candidate records

• Ensure fast-paced, high-volume hiring to meet strict project deadlines

• Deliver a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Candidate Requirements:

• Mandatory: Previous experience in volume hiring, preferably in retail or hospitality

• Fluency in Arabic is required

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Proficiency with job boards and recruitment software

• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a high-pressure environment
