Al-Futtaim is hiring a Patient Relations Executive for its HealthHub Clinic in Barsha Heights, Dubai. This full-time, on-site role is designed for candidates experienced in patient-facing healthcare operations such as insurance coordination, invoicing, customer service, and cash handling. 🔹 Responsibilities:

Medical Insurance & Invoicing

• Review and manage insurance claims, coding, approvals, and resubmissions

• Submit claims accurately and on time

• Handle billing, reimbursement entries, and patient record updates

• Ensure all CPT and diagnostic codes are correct as per treatment

Customer Service

• Greet and guide patients throughout their visit

• Handle queries, complaints, and special requests professionally

• Maintain complete and legible documentation of forms and insurance papers

• Ensure clinic flow is smooth and efficient

Cash Handling

• Collect payments via cash, card, and insurance

• Maintain and reconcile cash drawers and receipts

• Prepare and transfer financial reports to accounts daily

• Process refunds and maintain all supporting documentation

Administrative & Compliance Tasks

• Support data management, audits, and safe record keeping

• Participate in staff training and contribute to safety and quality improvements

• Assist with insurance fraud detection and legal inquiries

• Coordinate with nurses and other departments for smooth clinical operations

✅ Requirements:

• Graduate degree in any stream

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in any of the following: insurance coding, invoicing, customer service, or cash handling

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)

• Proficient in MS Office and medical billing software

• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
