Key Responsibilities:

• Represent buyers, sellers, and renters in residential and commercial property transactions

• Generate and nurture leads through networking, referrals, and company-provided marketing

• Conduct property viewings, price evaluations, and market analysis

• Guide clients through the entire real estate process with professionalism and care

• Maintain strong relationships with clients and build a solid referral network

• Stay informed about the local property market, legal regulations, and emerging trends

• Negotiate deals to maximize value for both the client and the company

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of real estate experience with a proven record of closed deals

• Strong understanding of local real estate laws, market trends, and procedures

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and customer-focused

• RERA certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
