TikTok is seeking a Creator Network Operations Intern to support TikTok LIVE operations, manage partner organizations, and facilitate cross-departmental collaboration. This full-time, on-site internship in Dubai offers an opportunity to analyze performance metrics, optimize strategies, and manage localization efforts for regional LIVE content.

Key Responsibilities

• Support TikTok LIVE Creator Network operations and assist partner organizations
• Monitor daily issues faced by Creator Networks and gather product feedback
• Optimize solutions, develop SOPs, and document service processes
• Track key performance metrics and monitor project execution
• Manage localization efforts and adapt strategies to market demands
• Enhance cross-departmental communication and collaboration

Qualifications & Skills Required:

Minimum Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or higher
• Available to start full-time immediately for 3 months
• Proficiency in English and Turkish
• Strong understanding of LIVE content and formats
• Analytical thinking, problem-solving, and ability to work independently

Preferred Qualifications:

• Arabic proficiency for collaboration with regional creator networks
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and strong execution skills
