About the Role:

We are seeking a meticulous and organized Store Clerk to join our Purchasing team. The role involves receiving, storing, and issuing food, beverages, materials, and supplies while ensuring accuracy, safety, and timely distribution across departments. You will maintain inventory, support cost control, and contribute to the smooth running of hotel operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and verify goods against purchase orders and specifications

• Ensure accurate documentation and authorization of all stock requisitions

• Maintain proper stock rotation (FIFO method) and inventory accuracy

• Monitor stock levels and assist with timely replenishment

• Support in monthly inventory counts and generate inventory reports

• Identify and manage slow-moving or near-expiry items

• Keep storage areas clean, secure, and organized

• Ensure all materials meet hotel quality and safety standards

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• 2–3 years of experience in a storekeeping or inventory control role, preferably in hospitality

• Familiar with purchasing and inventory systems; strong skills in MS Word & Excel

• Knowledge of inventory and cost control practices

• Strong written and verbal communication in English

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
