IgniteTech is seeking an experienced AI Content Reviewer to join their innovative remote team. The role centers around maintaining digital content quality by combining human insight with generative AI tools to ensure safe, accurate, and valuable online interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize advanced GenAI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) to evaluate and moderate user-generated and AI-generated content, maintaining platform standards and safety.

• Manage complex content workflows across multiple systems and teams to ensure efficient processing and accurate tracking.

• Identify exceptional cases, create high-quality annotated datasets, and provide structured feedback to improve AI moderation accuracy continuously.

• Collaborate with AI systems to reduce false positives and enhance automated moderation effectiveness.

• Engage in dynamic decision-making rather than repetitive content screening or low-impact administrative tasks.

Skills and Experience Required:

• Minimum 1 year of professional experience in a relevant field.

• Proven practical experience with generative AI tools in professional, academic, or significant personal productivity contexts.

• Excellent English writing and clear communication skills.

• Strong ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment.
