Job Description:
We are looking for a passionate and dynamic Front Office professional to join us as a Team Leader – Front Desk. This role demands a customer-focused leader who can provide extraordinary service and create memorable guest experiences, leading the Front Desk team with professionalism and enthusiasm.
Key Responsibilities:

Greet and receive guests in a professional, friendly manner from arrival to departure.

Maintain effective communication with all departments to ensure seamless service delivery.

Monitor daily rate levels and occupancy to optimize room sales.
-
Foster strong working relationships with Front Office staff, especially Front Desk Agents and Guest Services.

Supervise Front Desk employees, ensuring high standards of guest care and service.
-
Stay updated on hotel and local services to respond to guest inquiries accurately.
-
Verify cashier closures and ensure billing accuracy at shift end.
-
Ensure guest registrations are completed correctly and accurately using Opera PMS.
Qualifications & Skills:

Degree in Hospitality Management or equivalent.

Proven experience in Front Office roles within the hotel industry.

Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in German is essential.

Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

Computer literate, with prior experience using Opera PMS preferred.

Customer-driven, proactive, and able to work well under pressure.

Excellent team player with an outgoing and approachable personality.
