Job Description:
We are looking for a Management Representative – QMS to serve as the key liaison between top management and the quality management system. You will be responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, compliance, and continuous improvement of our Quality Management System (QMS) in alignment with ISO 9001:2015 and other applicable standards, including ATEX and IECEX compliance.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of the QMS per ISO 9001:2015 and other regulatory frameworks.

Coordinate with departments to establish quality policies, procedures, and documented processes.

Plan and execute internal audits to evaluate QMS compliance and identify opportunities for improvement.

Identify non-conformities, recommend and verify corrective actions.

Organize and lead management review meetings to assess QMS performance and audit results.

Provide QMS training and guidance to employees to ensure awareness and engagement.

Monitor customer feedback and complaints to ensure continuous service and product quality improvement.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize QMS effectiveness.

Maintain all relevant documentation, including audit reports, policies, procedures, and compliance records.

Assess and mitigate risks related to quality and regulatory compliance.

Communicate QMS performance and key findings to senior management.
Special Responsibilities (ATEX & IECEX):

Ensure QMS compliance with ATEX and IECEX standards for equipment in potentially explosive atmospheres.

Collaborate with departments to integrate ATEX and IECEX regulations into quality procedures.

Maintain records of related certifications, assessments, and audits.

Lead continuous improvement projects focused on safety, risk reduction, and regulatory compliance in explosive environments.
Authority:
-
Enforce adherence to QMS protocols across all departments.

Ensure organizational compliance with quality standards, customer requirements, and legal regulations.
Qualifications & Skills:
-
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

Proven experience as a Management Representative or in a similar ISO/QMS-related role.

Strong knowledge of ISO standards, especially ISO 9001:2015.

Familiarity with ATEX and IECEX compliance is highly desirable.

Skilled in internal audits, non-conformity handling, and corrective action planning.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and training abilities.

High integrity and ability to influence cross-functional teams.
