IOP Group is actively seeking a Sales Coordinator with prior experience in the UAE real estate or banking sector. This full-time, on-site position in Dubai offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional to play a key role in supporting sales operations and client engagement.

As a Sales Coordinator, you will be the vital link between clients and the sales team. You will handle administrative responsibilities, manage leads, assist in communication, and ensure smooth and efficient sales processes. This role requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate day-to-day communication between clients and the sales team.

• Manage incoming leads, phone calls, and required sales documentation.

• Support and streamline daily sales operations and ensure timely reporting.

• Maintain accurate records and assist with follow-up tasks.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client service.

Skills and Qualifications Required:

• Prior experience working in the UAE real estate or banking industry.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM tools is a plus.

• Ability to work independently and under pressure.

Salary: AED 3,000 – 4,000 per month
