Our client is one of the world’s leading real estate developers, with a strong footprint in the UAE and international markets. Their diverse portfolio spans residential, commercial, and retail properties, along with ventures in hospitality, leisure, and entertainment.


Job Overview:

We are hiring a Community Coordinator to manage the daily operations of a residential community. This role involves overseeing site inspections, coordinating with service providers, engaging with residents, and ensuring financial and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Owners Association (OA) management and a commitment to delivering top-tier community experiences.


Key Responsibilities:

Owners Association Management:

  • Ensure compliance with Dubai JOP Law No. (6) of 2019 and related guidelines

  • Maintain resident data and manage online service platforms

  • Foster strong community engagement and resident relationships

  • Respond to service requests, complaints, and emergencies promptly

  • Conduct inspections and ensure maintenance standards are upheld

  • Evaluate and monitor service provider performance and contracts

  • Oversee vendor management, procurement, and invoice processing

  • Track and recover unpaid service charges

  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and statutory regulations

  • Assist in budget preparation, cost control, and crisis management

Customer Service:

  • Ensure excellent communication and service quality

  • Meet with residents and provide updates via appropriate channels

  • Resolve complaints in a timely and professional manner

Reporting:

  • Prepare reports, presentations, and community updates for Management and Owners Committees


Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Building Management (preferred)

  • M-100 certification (required)

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within a medium or large organization


Skills & Competencies:

  • Advanced: Communication, organization, customer interaction

  • Intermediate: Computer literacy, problem-solving, research, conflict resolution, body language, resource utilization
