Job Title: Senior Financial Analyst

Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic Senior Financial Analyst – Services & Transformation to support high-impact financial services and transformation projects within the organization. This role requires strong analytical capabilities, exceptional communication skills, and a results-driven mindset to enable strategic decision-making and value-driven growth. You will contribute across business program management, performance tracking, strategic analysis, and digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Program Management:

  • Coordinate and track strategic projects for the financial services & transformation office.

  • Support executive reporting, leadership updates, and board meeting preparation.

  • Monitor performance against key value metrics with timely analysis.

Performance Management:

  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) for financial and business performance.

  • Extract insights from customer/business data and provide recommendations for improvement.

  • Identify trends and potential risks to aid proactive decision-making.

Strategic Planning & Analysis:

  • Conduct market research, data analysis, and develop business cases for strategic initiatives.

  • Assist in planning and developing key initiatives across product lines and business functions.

Presentation Development:

  • Create high-quality, data-driven presentations for senior leadership.

  • Effectively communicate insights and project outcomes.

Project Support:

  • Assist with coordination and execution of transformation-related projects.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project delivery.

Automation & Technology Integration:

  • Work closely with IT and automation teams to ensure reporting systems are real-time and efficient.

  • Utilize RPA tools (e.g., Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, Excel VBA) and big data platforms for analysis and integration.

Required Skills:

  • 5+ years of professional experience in financial analysis, business transformation, or consulting.

  • Strong finance background with data interpretation and reporting capabilities.

  • Expertise in Excel, PowerPoint, and automation tools.

  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.

  • Proven experience in project coordination and performance tracking.
