Role Overview:
We are looking for a proactive Warehouse Inventory & Data Coordination Assistant to support inventory tracking, monitor product movements, and assist with warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper product handling while efficiently managing data entries and shortage alerts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and set up alerts for newly received or removed products to track inventory changes and shortages.

• Coordinate with warehouse assistants to ensure products are correctly handled, stored, and segregated.

• Maintain accurate data records of product inflows and outflows for effective stock control.

• Generate timely alerts on inventory shortages and removals to avoid disruptions.

• Support warehouse operations by ensuring smooth communication between data and physical inventory handling.
