As Fresha expands, we’re looking for an Onboarding Specialist to help lead the onboarding process for our partners and ensure a smooth, efficient transition onto the Fresha ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:

Partner Onboarding: Lead the partner onboarding journey by managing expectations, training, and educating partners about the Fresha platform. Ensure a seamless handover and encourage platform adoption.

Data Migration: Assist with data cleaning, CSV migration tools, and bulk data imports, ensuring accuracy in data migration.

Project Management: Track project timelines, task progress, and record correspondence while maintaining high attention to detail.

Training & Documentation: Create training materials, including video recordings, meeting notes, and help center articles. Guide partners through KYC processes and banking verification.

Collaboration: Work with internal teams across multiple time zones to address partner issues and ensure a smooth transition process.

Ad-Hoc Support: Assist with product questions, partner data migration, and troubleshooting any issues that arise during the onboarding process.
Skills, Experience & Qualifications Required:

Commercial Mindset: Strong understanding of critical partner needs and ability to manage expectations.

Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational and time management skills with a focus on detail.

Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Excel and experience in data cleaning. Project coordination experience is highly desired.

Industry Knowledge: Experience in the Beauty & Wellness sector or working within a start-up/scale-up tech company environment is a plus.

Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.

Communication Skills: Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to influence others and manage negotiations.

Team Player: Collaborative with a hands-on approach and willing to assist the team whenever needed.

Self-Starter: Highly proactive and able to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
