Job Title: Administrative Office Secretary
Job Description:
NVSSOFT, a prominent enterprise software provider driving digital transformation for government and enterprise sectors across the MENA region, is hiring an experienced and detail-oriented Office Secretary to join our Dubai office. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth administrative operation of the office and supporting cross-functional teams through accurate documentation, communication, and organization.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee office scheduling, daily correspondence, and general administrative duties.

Draft, format, and organize documents using Microsoft Word, including tables and structured content.

Track reports, update databases, and manage records using Microsoft Excel, including basic formulas and table functions.

Provide departmental support in preparing internal documentation and coordinating daily tasks.

Input and retrieve data using ERP and CRM systems, ensuring consistency and accuracy.

Maintain an organized filing and document archiving system, both digitally and physically.

Handle internal and external communication in a professional and timely manner.
Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience in an administrative or secretarial role.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word (including tables and document formatting).

Competent in Microsoft Excel (basic formulas, spreadsheets, and tracking).

Experience with ERP or CRM systems is highly preferred.

Demonstrated employment stability with no history of frequent job changes.

Currently residing in Dubai with availability for immediate or short-notice start.

Excellent communication skills in English – both written and verbal.

Highly organized, reliable, and detail-oriented with a proactive work ethic.
