We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Support Coordinator (Arabic Speaker) to join our dynamic team. This role plays a pivotal part in supporting sales operations by managing order processing, client communication, inventory coordination, and assisting in lead generation activities. The ideal candidate will be organized, customer-focused, and experienced in the automotive or industrial spare parts industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Order Processing & Customer Management

  • Process customer orders in collaboration with the sales team to ensure timely and accurate execution.

  • Maintain and update sales records in CRM and ERP systems.

  • Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams to confirm inventory availability.

Sales Documentation & Reporting

  • Generate and manage sales documents including quotations, contracts, invoices, and status reports.

  • Analyze sales data and prepare reports to assist with performance tracking and strategic planning.

Sales Team Support

  • Support sales team operations, including scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and organizing sales materials.

  • Prepare product catalogs, brochures, and promotional content.

  • Communicate regularly with sales prospects through emails, calls, and video meetings to nurture relationships.

  • Partner with the Sales Manager to develop new business leads.

  • Strengthen existing client relationships through proactive communication and follow-ups.

Inventory Coordination

  • Monitor stock levels and forecast inventory needs in collaboration with sales and procurement departments.

  • Assist in stock replenishment based on projected sales.

Internal Collaboration

  • Work closely with logistics, procurement, and finance teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment.

  • Coordinate the launch of new products and promotional campaigns.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher diploma.

  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in a sales support or coordination role, preferably in automotive or industrial parts.

  • Native-level fluency in Arabic and strong command of English.

  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and multitasking skills.

  • Strong communication and relationship management capabilities.

  • Proficiency in CRM, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.

Salary Package: AED 4,500 – 6,000 per month

Preferred Candidate:

  • Experience: 3–5 years

  • Residence: GCC countries

  • Nationality: GCC countries

  • Age: 30–35

  • Degree: Bachelor’s or higher diploma
