Job Title: Technical Sales Engineer

Job Description:
We are looking for a results-driven Technical Sales Engineer with in-depth knowledge of valves and actuators to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving new business, expanding client relationships, and providing expert-level technical support across various industrial sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Expertise: Demonstrate technical proficiency in a variety of valves and actuators including BUTTERFLY, BALL valves, and more.

  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new sales leads across targeted industries to grow the client base and increase revenue.

  • Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with both existing and potential customers by understanding their operational needs and offering tailored solutions.

  • Technical Presentations: Deliver compelling and detailed product presentations, demos, and proposals to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Support & Troubleshooting: Offer pre- and post-sales technical support, including troubleshooting, consultation, and product application advice.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal departments such as sales, engineering, and marketing to ensure seamless client servicing and strategy alignment.

  • Market Awareness: Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to refine sales strategy.

  • Performance Targets: Meet or exceed sales goals, contributing to company growth and market share expansion.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical Engineering, or a related discipline

  • Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience in the valve and actuator industry

  • Strong technical knowledge of valves, actuators, and control systems

  • Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

  • Proven track record in B2B industrial sales with strong client acquisition results

  • Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time for site visits, trade shows, and meetings

  • Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving capabilities
