About the Job:
As a Store Manager, you will drive business growth, lead a high-performing team, cultivate client relationships, and ensure exceptional customer experiences. You will manage all store operations in alignment with the brand’s luxury standards, while promoting omnichannel initiatives and nurturing a positive team culture.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead by example and represent the brand’s values and philosophy in all activities.

Define, execute, and monitor store action plans to achieve sales targets and KPIs.

Build and maintain strong VIP client relationships, leveraging omnichannel platforms.

Recruit, develop, and retain talented team members, creating a positive and trustful work environment.

Act as a coach, promoting learning, development, and professional growth.

Implement and monitor operational excellence through compliance with SOPs, stock management, and visual merchandising standards.

Leverage technology tools (Clienteling apps, OMS, WhatsApp Business) to enhance customer experience.

Prepare and process e-commerce orders within the set service-level agreements (SLAs).

Ensure compliance with legal, safety, and HR guidelines, escalating issues when necessary.
Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:

Proven experience in a leadership role within a retail environment, ideally luxury retail, in the Middle East.

Strong sales acumen and customer service focus, especially with VIP clientele.

Ability to think strategically while maintaining attention to detail.

Strong team management, coaching, and people development skills.

Tech-savvy with the ability to utilize and train teams on omnichannel tools.
