We are seeking an exceptional Chief of Staff to serve as a strategic operational leader for our client, a global family office. In this pivotal role, you will coordinate across all operational functions, establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs), facilitate communication between international offices, and provide critical financial support to the family’s investment and business activities. This is a highly strategic position, with a focus on operational excellence, performance management, global coordination, financial support, and executive assistance.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Excellence:

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the family office, ensuring seamless execution across all functions.

Develop, implement, and refine operational processes and policies to enhance efficiency.

Manage operational budgets and resource allocation.

Lead special projects and initiatives as directed by family principals.
Performance Management:

Establish comprehensive KPIs for measuring organizational effectiveness.

Implement data-driven decision-making frameworks across the organization.
Global Coordination:

Serve as the primary liaison between family office locations worldwide.

Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and knowledge sharing between international teams.

Coordinate global meetings, retreats, and strategic planning sessions.
Financial Support:

Work closely with the Investment & Portfolio Manager on operational aspects of investment activities.

Coordinate with accounting, tax, and legal advisors on financial matters.

Support due diligence processes for potential investments and business ventures.
Executive Support:

Act as trusted advisor to family principals and senior leadership.

Manage executive calendars, priorities, and communications.

Prepare briefing materials for critical meetings and decisions.

Represent the family office in external meetings when appropriate.
Qualifications/Experience:

Experience: 8+ years of progressive experience in operations management, preferably within family offices, private wealth management, or financial services.

Education: Advanced degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.

Skills: Proven track record of implementing operational improvements and measuring results.

Experience: Expertise in coordinating across international offices and understanding diverse cultural contexts.

Financial Acumen: Strong financial understanding, particularly in investment operations.
