As we expand our operations, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Real Estate Sales Manager to lead our high-performing team and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of real estate sales executives.

Design and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed company targets.

Monitor individual and team performance while ensuring continuous improvement.

Source new business opportunities and nurture long-term client relationships.

Oversee property viewings, negotiations, and finalization of deals.

Conduct competitive market analysis to stay updated on trends and pricing.

Generate detailed sales performance reports for senior management.
Requirements:

3–5 years of overall sales experience, with at least 2–3 years in UAE real estate.

Proven leadership and team management capabilities.

Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

Self-motivated with the ability to thrive in a target-driven environment.

Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is an advantage.

Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce or Zoho is a plus.

UAE driving license preferred but not mandatory.
