Accor Technologies LLC is seeking a driven Business Development Executive to join our team and spearhead new business growth in the IT services sector. This full-time, on-site role offers an exciting opportunity to drive sales, identify new business opportunities, and work with technical teams to deliver tailored IT solutions to clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of IT services.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, and lead generation activities

  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, managing leads from initial contact to deal closure

  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client requirements and align our IT services with their business objectives

  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and quotations

  • Collaborate with technical teams to develop customized solutions that meet client needs

  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders at client organizations

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends, technologies, and industry developments

  • Maintain accurate and timely records of all sales activities in the CRM system

  • Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to management

  • Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and generate leads

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the IT services industry

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

  • Strong understanding of IT services and solutions

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical audiences

  • Strong negotiation and closing skills

  • Proficiency in CRM and ERP software

  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as required

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in selling IT services such as web development, cloud solutions, SaaS, and CRM/ERP implementations

  • Knowledge of specific industry verticals (e.g., healthcare, e-commerce, finance, manufacturing)

  • Familiarity with the RFP (Request for Proposal) process
