Accor Technologies LLC is seeking a driven Business Development Executive to join our team and spearhead new business growth in the IT services sector. This full-time, on-site role offers an exciting opportunity to drive sales, identify new business opportunities, and work with technical teams to deliver tailored IT solutions to clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of IT services.

Job Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, and lead generation activities

Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, managing leads from initial contact to deal closure

Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client requirements and align our IT services with their business objectives

Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and quotations

Collaborate with technical teams to develop customized solutions that meet client needs
-
Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets

Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders at client organizations

Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends, technologies, and industry developments

Maintain accurate and timely records of all sales activities in the CRM system

Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to management

Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and generate leads
Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field

Minimum of 1 year of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the IT services industry

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

Strong understanding of IT services and solutions

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

Ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical audiences

Strong negotiation and closing skills

Proficiency in CRM and ERP software

Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as required
Preferred Skills:

Experience in selling IT services such as web development, cloud solutions, SaaS, and CRM/ERP implementations

Knowledge of specific industry verticals (e.g., healthcare, e-commerce, finance, manufacturing)

Familiarity with the RFP (Request for Proposal) process
