Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Online Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic real estate team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will execute strategic marketing campaigns tailored for the real estate market to drive lead generation, conversion, and brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute targeted online marketing strategies to generate high-quality leads for real estate properties.

Enhance property listings and content visibility through effective SEO practices to drive organic traffic.

Manage PPC campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, and Instagram to maximize return on ad spend.

Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms that resonate with potential buyers and sellers.

Analyze campaign performance and KPIs regularly, using insights to optimize and improve future marketing strategies.

Work closely with real estate agents to produce virtual tours and property videos to showcase listings online.

Launch and manage email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, inform clients of market trends, and promote new listings.

Stay current on industry trends and competitor strategies, identifying opportunities to innovate and differentiate marketing efforts.

Ensure the real estate website is user-friendly, up-to-date, and optimized for search engines to enhance client engagement.

Build and maintain relationships with local influencers and partners to expand brand presence and credibility within the real estate community.
Desired Candidate Profile:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.

Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in online marketing, particularly within the real estate sector.

Proficient in digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, and social media management platforms.
