We are currently seeking a Project Manager in Dubai to help drive regional project delivery and ensure seamless technical implementations. This dynamic role will involve working closely with our global teams—product, solution design, and implementation—to meet client needs, gather requirements, and deliver innovative software and trading solutions. The ideal candidate will oversee multiple projects, ensuring they are completed on time and meet UAE operations and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with global Product and Technology teams to deliver regional projects.

• Oversee multiple projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery according to UAE operations and compliance requirements.

• Gather client requirements and articulate them through user stories to ensure solutions meet client needs.

• Engage with management, sales teams, and external stakeholders to communicate project updates, risks, and issues.

• Track and manage the client onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition for new clients.

• Identify and assess client change requests, prioritize implementation, and evaluate impacts.

• Contribute to solution designs and maintain project documentation, including plans, budgets, status reports, and change requests.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in product/project management within the financial technology industry, preferably in capital markets trading.

• Proven success in managing multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.

• Experience with Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies.

• Solid understanding of financial markets, trading services, and related software solutions.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, PM tools (e.g., Atlassian, Notion, Confluence), and data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau).

• Knowledge of blockchain technology is a plus.

• Team player with a positive attitude and the capacity to work in an unstructured environment.
