ACCEL HUMAN RESOURCE CONSULTANTS is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Assistant Legal Manager to join the legal team within the Real Estate sector. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in commercial legal matters, contract drafting, and M&A transactions, particularly in real estate. This role will support the legal department in ensuring compliance, mitigating legal risks, and managing day-to-day legal operations related to projects and partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts, including vendor agreements, lease agreements, NDAs, joint venture contracts, and partnership agreements.

  • Support mergers, acquisitions, and restructuring activities, including due diligence, documentation, and regulatory filings.

  • Provide legal advice on real estate transactions, title verification, and property development projects.

  • Assist in managing legal risks and ensure company practices comply with applicable laws and regulations.

  • Coordinate with external legal counsel on complex real estate or M&A matters.

  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure legal support for business operations and strategic initiatives.

  • Monitor changes in relevant laws and regulations and advise management accordingly.

  • Prepare legal reports and documentation for senior management review.

  • Support in handling potential legal disputes or litigation matters involving the organization.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB) is required; a Masters in Law (LLM) is a plus.

  • 5-8 years of relevant legal experience, preferably within the real estate industry.

  • Strong knowledge of commercial and contract law, especially related to real estate transactions and corporate structuring.

  • Demonstrated experience in mergers & acquisitions, including legal due diligence and documentation.

  • Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
