We’re looking for a seasoned and creative Artisan Bread Head Chef to lead the bread production section of a high-end bakery in Dubai. Key Responsibilities:

Lead daily operations of the bread production section, ensuring high standards of quality, consistency, and workflow efficiency.

Create and refine a wide range of artisanal breads including sourdough, baguettes, brioche, and other French-inspired recipes.

Monitor and manage all phases of dough preparation—from fermentation to proofing to baking—to achieve peak texture and flavor.

Innovate seasonal and signature bread offerings in line with brand vision and culinary trends.

Train, supervise, and mentor bakery team members to uphold production excellence and consistency.

About the Client:

Qualifications:

Open to Asian nationalities, aged 45 years and below.

Minimum of 7 years’ experience in artisan bread baking, with at least 3 years in a leadership or head chef role.

Proven experience in high-volume bakery environments.

Currently residing in the United Arab Emirates.
