Capgemini, a global business and technology transformation partner, is seeking an Operation Excellence Manager to join their team in Abu Dhabi. This role involves overseeing various project management activities, driving operational excellence, and ensuring the successful execution of strategic objectives. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in program management, stakeholder management, and the ability to lead complex initiatives. Key Responsibilities:

Formulate, organize, and monitor all project tracks and objectives.

Manage issues, risks, and resources effectively.

Assume responsibility for all vendors and resolve conflicts across tracks.

Prepare and submit detailed reports for each project track.
-
Prioritize tasks, manage multiple stakeholders, and deliver results without requiring follow-up.

Provide solutions for complex issues and ensure deliverables meet quality standards.
-
Maintain an understanding of technology trends and ensure projects align with industry best practices.
Qualifications and Experience:

Education: Bilingual in English and Arabic; Excellent communication skills (written and spoken).

Experience:
-
Minimum of 7-8 years in program management.
-
At least 12-15 years of overall experience in project management.

Skills:
-
Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager/Program Manager.

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
-
Experience with ITIL Problem Management and Root Cause Analysis.

Ability to adapt to changes and manage multiple stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working with Abu Dhabi Government Entities.
