Landmark Group, a leading retail and hospitality conglomerate in the Middle East, North Africa, and India, is hiring a Commercial Manager – Space Management for its digital arm, Landmark Digital. This full-time, on-site role based in Dubai focuses on optimizing retail space across the GCC region to enhance profitability, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction. As part of Landmark’s ambitious omnichannel growth, you will work with cross-functional teams and external vendors to execute strategic space utilization initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and refine a commercial framework for space optimization across the GCC region.

  • Define and monitor KPIs to track ROI, profitability, and customer impact.

  • Partner with external space management vendors to ensure goal alignment and solution delivery.

  • Collaborate with internal teams (planning, buying, operations) to identify opportunities for improvement.

  • Lead space optimization projects across brands and regions.

  • Analyze data to evaluate space strategies and fine-tune accordingly.

  • Manage project budgets and ensure delivery of high-ROI initiatives.

  • Stay informed about emerging retail trends and technologies for continuous improvement.

  • Ensure effective communication across business units and teams.

  • Knowledge of retail KPIs and the ability to translate insights into strategic actions.

  • Strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.
