ALDAR, a leading real estate developer in the UAE, is hiring an Assistant Vice President – Corporate Business Development. This full-time, on-site role is open exclusively to UAE Nationals and focuses on developing strategic partnerships and driving investment options through B2B and government-focused initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate sales, business development, and strategic relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement business strategies to attract corporate investments and partnerships.

• Drive B2B and government-to-business deals to boost real estate sales.

• Explore opportunities with new corporate clients through targeted promotional campaigns.

• Collaborate with government agencies to tailor solutions that meet their real estate needs.

• Identify and approach strategic partners in industries such as hospitality, healthcare, and manufacturing.

• Build and nurture client relationships to deeply understand and fulfill their property requirements.

• Consistently generate leads through cold calling, referrals, and various marketing channels.

• Establish rapport with potential clients and maintain long-term business relationships.

• Conduct market outreach to major players in Abu Dhabi, Dubai, and international markets.

Experience & Qualifications:

• Minimum 8+ years of relevant experience in sales or business development within a real estate/developer firm.

• At least 2+ years in a managerial role.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or Finance (MBA preferred).

• Proven experience working with key stakeholders and government entities.

Skills Required:

• Strong understanding of financial analysis and banking.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Ability to influence and interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

• In-depth knowledge of the UAE real estate market and competitors.

• Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
