Job Title: Female Corporate Receptionist
Job Description:
We are looking for a professional and enthusiastic Female Corporate Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our organization. Based in the United Arab Emirates, the ideal candidate will be from India, Nepal, the Philippines, or Sri Lanka, with 1–2 years of experience in administrative or front-desk roles. You will be responsible for providing a smooth and friendly reception experience, managing calls, coordinating schedules, and supporting general administrative functions.
Salary: AED 3,000 per month
Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner, ensuring a positive first impression.

Manage incoming calls: answer, screen, and forward appropriately.

Maintain and organize the company calendar, coordinating meetings, appointments, and schedules.

Assist staff with general administrative support tasks, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Communicate basic company information via phone, email, and in person.

Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area.

Complete tasks promptly and uphold a professional standard in all responsibilities.
Required Skills:
