NADIA is seeking a Business Development Manager (Freight & Logistics) to join their dynamic team in Abu Dhabi. This full-time, on-site role focuses on driving business growth within the freight and logistics sector, focusing on air freight, sea freight, land transportation, and warehousing. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in sales and business development, and the ability to create and maintain client relationships while delivering tailored logistics solutions.
Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities in Freight & Logistics.

Generate leads, conduct client meetings, and convert opportunities into contracts.

Drive revenue growth in Air Freight, Sea Freight, Land Transportation, and Warehousing services.

Build and nurture strategic relationships with clients, partners, and vendors.

Develop and execute business development strategies.

Monitor industry trends and competitor activities.

Work with the operations team to ensure service excellence.

Regularly report on sales performance, forecasts, and new business opportunities.
Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in Business Development or Sales within the Freight & Logistics industry.

Extensive knowledge of Air Freight, Sea Freight, Land Transportation, and Warehousing services.

Proven ability to close high-value deals and build a client base.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
-
Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

Valid UAE driving license.
-
Strong understanding of the UAE and GCC logistics market is a plus.
