Etihad Airways is seeking a Senior Analytics Specialist to join their Enterprise Analytics Team. This role involves utilizing advanced analytical skills and tools to answer key business questions, analyze data, and visualize insights to drive decision-making across the organization. The position requires strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with multiple departments and a desire to stay at the forefront of industry-leading BI capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Analytics Managers and Business Engagement Partners to analyze requirements and design solutions for business problems.

• Perform complex, ad-hoc analyses and provide insights into data to drive business decisions.

• Visualize results, summarize key findings, and provide recommendations for further analysis.

• Maintain documentation of methodologies, solutions, and analytical approaches.

• Identify opportunities for automation and improvement in analysis processes.

• Develop expertise in key analytical disciplines and become a go-to person for peers in the field.

• Mentor and train junior Analytics Analysts to enhance their understanding of analytical tools and techniques.

Candidate Profile:

• Education:

  • Diploma required (2+ years)

  • Additional qualifications in analytical disciplines are advantageous.

  • Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience (with a Bachelor’s degree) or 7 years in a relevant field (with a High School Diploma or equivalent).
