Hexagon Asset Lifecycle Intelligence, a global leader in digital reality solutions, is hiring a Principal Solution Consultant to support their Pre-Sales team across the EMIA region. This senior role is ideal for professionals with deep domain expertise in industrial operations, asset lifecycle management, and digital transformation. The role is remote-based within the Middle East, with up to 40% travel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with sales teams to align Hexagon’s solutions with customers’ business needs and objectives

• Conduct evaluations of business practices and technical environments to recommend appropriate Hexagon solutions

• Lead customer workshops, prepare business cases, and deliver presentations and solution demos

• Contribute to proposal responses, RFIs, and RFPs

• Support marketing initiatives by creating thought leadership content and participating in webinars, conferences, and industry events

• Train internal teams and maintain active knowledge sharing with peers across regions

• Assist with the development of go-to-market strategies and enablement packages for Hexagon’s Digital Twin and Asset Lifecycle products

• Engage with C-level stakeholders and act as a strategic advisor on digital transformation roadmaps

Requirements:

• Minimum 5+ years’ experience in the chemical, oil & gas, power, life sciences, or related industrial sectors

• Strong knowledge of asset lifecycle information management, operations, and construction processes

• Proven track record in industry consulting or business development roles

• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills

• Experience working with owner operators and EPCs across key industries

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or equivalent; advanced qualifications a plus

• Proficiency in English is a must; knowledge of additional European languages is preferred

• Knowledge of Hexagon ALI solutions is highly desirable
