Job Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Accounts Executive (Accounts Receivable) to join our Dubai team. The candidate will be responsible for managing invoicing, collections, and payment processing while ensuring strong client relationships and financial accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
💰 Accounts Receivable & Collections

Manage invoicing, collections, and payment processing efficiently.

Ensure timely follow-ups on outstanding invoices and resolve discrepancies.

Reconcile customer accounts and prepare aging reports.
📊 Financial Reporting & Compliance

Maintain accurate financial records and reports.

Monitor and analyze customer credit risk and recommend necessary actions.

Ensure compliance with company financial policies and UAE regulations.
🤝 Client & Internal Collaboration

Work closely with sales and customer service teams for smooth payment processing.

Process refunds, adjustments, and billing disputes professionally.

Provide regular updates to management on outstanding balances and collection performance.
📝 Month-End & Year-End Closures

Assist in closing activities, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting.
Desired Candidate Profile:
✅ Education & Experience:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

1–3 years of experience in accounts receivable, billing, or financial operations (GCC region preferred).
✅ Technical Skills:

Strong understanding of accounting principles, invoicing, and collections.

Proficiency in accounting software (Zoho, QuickBooks, SAP, Tally) and Excel.
✅ Soft Skills:

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

Ability to manage deadlines and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
