TROUVAY & CAUVIN Group is seeking a Yard Operations Manager for its Jebel Ali, Dubai location. The role involves overseeing yard operations, facility management, and maintenance while ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in yard operations, inventory management, and equipment maintenance within a similar industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operational Management: Supervise yard operations, optimize resources, manage order deliveries, and ensure compliance with QC and HSE standards.

• Procedures and Quality: Enforce health and safety regulations, maintain operational consistency and efficiency, and refine workflows to enhance productivity.

• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the yard operations team, resolve conflicts, and provide continuous performance feedback.

• ERP Process Control: Implement ERP processes, provide training, and propose system improvements for operational efficiency.

Key Competencies:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar yard operations role.

• Expertise in inventory management, facility maintenance, and equipment handling.

• Strong leadership, organizational, and time management skills.

• Deep understanding of HSE principles, company products, and market trends.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Proficiency in ERP systems and process optimization.
