Job Title: HR Officer
Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated HR Officer to join our team. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for a wide range of HR tasks, including recruitment, employee management, HR policies, legal compliance, and payroll coordination. You will be an integral part of the team, ensuring the company operates smoothly by supporting employees and ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding:
- Post job advertisements, interview candidates, and assist with the hiring process.
- Welcome and train new employees to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
Employee Management:
- Maintain and update employee records, including contracts, leave balances, and other documentation.
- Provide support to staff by addressing their questions or concerns.
- Address and resolve any workplace conflicts or issues with fairness and professionalism.
HR Policies & Legal Compliance:
- Ensure the company adheres to UAE labor laws and regulations.
- Assist in preparing, updating, and implementing HR policies as required.
Office Support (if needed):
- Support office management tasks and team coordination as necessary.
- Assist in organizing team events and activities.
Payroll & Leaves:
- Work closely with the finance team to prepare salary, leave, and benefits information.
- Oversee visa processing and other legal paperwork for employees.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR (real estate industry experience is a plus).
- Strong understanding of UAE labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR management tools.
