Job Title: Front Desk & Course Support Coordinator
Job Description:
A well-established training academy in Abu Dhabi is seeking an organized and enthusiastic Arabic-speaking professional to join as a Front Desk & Course Support Coordinator. This role serves as the welcoming face of the center, ensuring a seamless student experience through engagement and course administration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome students upon arrival at the academy.
- Provide accurate information about available courses and schedules.
- Assist with course enrollment, follow-ups, and documentation.
- Prepare and send course materials and enrollment forms to students.
- Create and send marketing content or art materials to attract new enrollments.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries.
- Support the team in calling prospective students to promote available courses.
- Maintain a professional and inviting reception area.
Requirements:
- Languages: Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
- Experience: Prior experience in customer service, reception, or administrative support, preferably in a training, academic, or education setting.
- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable with standing for extended periods during the workday.
- Basic knowledge of design tools (e.g., Canva, PowerPoint) is an advantage.
- Energetic, detail-oriented, and service-driven.
