Sanofi is seeking a PMO (Project Management Officer) to support the Vaccines General Manager (GM) by managing strategic priorities, governance, and cross-functional collaboration. This role involves leading transversal projects, facilitating decision-making processes, and driving strategic initiatives to ensure operational excellence and business alignment.
Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Governance & Strategy Execution:

Set up and maintain GBU governance to align leadership on strategic priorities.

Organize LT meetings, offsite events, town halls, and franchise reviews.
-
Monitor KPIs and track progress against the strategic roadmap.

Ensure seamless collaboration across franchises and functions.
🔹 Project Management & Leadership:
-
Lead transversal projects to support the execution of the Vaccines strategic roadmap.
-
Engage resources across the organization to deliver on key initiatives.

Act as the interface between Vaccines GBU and shared functions.

Manage confidential information with high discretion.
🔹 Continuous Improvement & Change Management:

Support cultural transformation within GBU.
-
Facilitate continuous process improvement through strategic projects.

Drive the country-level KPI-setting process and performance monitoring.
Qualifications & Skills:
✔ Education: Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Pharmacy, or a Medical-related field (preferred).
✔ Experience:
-
5+ years in Project Management & Operations.

Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus.
✔ Project Management Expertise: AgilePM, strategic planning, governance frameworks.
✔ Skills: Strong leadership, problem-solving, analytical, and stakeholder management abilities.
✔ Languages: Fluent English required; Arabic/French is a plus.
✔ Tech-savvy: Comfortable using digital tools and project management platforms.
