nybl is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join its People Operations team. This role involves developing and implementing recruitment strategies to attract top talent, managing the end-to-end hiring process, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Develop and execute recruitment strategies (job postings, social media campaigns, referrals).
✅ Source and screen top talent through job boards, social media, and professional networks.
✅ Conduct interviews, assess candidate fit, and collaborate with hiring managers.
✅ Maintain strong candidate relationships throughout the recruitment process.
✅ Track and analyze recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, source of hire, candidate satisfaction).
✅ Ensure compliance with nybl’s recruitment policies and procedures.
Job Requirements:
📌 Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
📌 Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of recruitment principles, sourcing techniques, and interview methods.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage candidates and hiring managers.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to enhance recruitment processes.
- Proficiency in recruitment software (applicant tracking systems).
