• Non-Refundable Services: All Services are tailored to each client. Once a Service begins, it is non-refundable due to the time, expertise, and customization involved.
Payment Acknowledgment
• Investment Acknowledgment: By making a payment, you acknowledge that you are investing in a non-tangible, customized Service. Refunds will not be issued for Services that are underway or completed.
Client Satisfaction
• Feedback and Revisions: If you have concerns with the Service, contact us at support@learnwithfaiz.com within 3 days of receiving your final drafts. We are committed to making reasonable revisions within the original scope of the Service purchased.
Revisions
• Included Revisions: We provide 2 revisions within 3 days after you receive your initial draft(s). Revisions are for ensuring satisfaction and do not qualify for a refund.
