Easygenerator is looking for a Support Analyst to act as the first point of contact for customers and partners. The role involves managing incoming service tickets, resolving customer issues, analyzing markup language and application logs, and collaborating across functional areas to address customer needs. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills and a customer service mentality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact for customers and partners.

  • Manage incoming tickets within service levels to ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Resolve issues, questions, and requests independently where possible.

  • Analyze markup language and application logs to assist the development team in eliminating product bugs.

  • Collaborate across functional areas to address customer needs as their champion.

Requirements:

  • At least a bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

  • 5+ years of experience in a technical customer service role, preferably in the IT industry or with complex products.

  • Strong customer service mentality, with a focus on finding solutions to issues and improving customer satisfaction.

  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management.

  • Technical affinity, including familiarity with Excel, HTML, XML, and experience with e-commerce software or ERPs.

  • Fluency in English (Dutch and/or German are a plus).

  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to understand customer needs and find the underlying questions.
