Sungrow MENA & Central Asia is looking for a Competition Strategy Manager to join their team in Dubai. This role involves working on marketing strategies for major clients and regional projects, providing price strategy support, and collaborating across departments to improve business processes and solve key client challenges. The manager will also conduct market research, analyze competition, and report findings to senior leadership to guide strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide price strategy support for key clients and regional projects, working with sales teams to secure bids and achieve KPIs.

• Act as an internal “platform” and “link” for cross-department communication and collaboration, addressing challenges and improving efficiency in major client and regional business operations.

• Conduct thorough market research on the competitive environment in overseas markets, providing regular analysis reports.

• Support business activities, including editing and organizing departmental materials, establishing internal processes, and offering general business assistance.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or above.

• 3+ years of marketing experience, with a preference for candidates with experience in the new energy industry and overseas marketing.

• Fluent in English for professional communication.

• Strong cross-cultural communication skills, empathy, initiative, and the ability to work under pressure.
