SEVEN, a leading premium wellness and fitness brand in Dubai, is seeking a Zoho Administrator to manage, optimize, and expand their Zoho ecosystem. With a business model built on Zoho One, SEVEN integrates multiple applications across CRM, finance, operations, and automation workflows. This in-house role will work closely with leadership and operations teams to enhance business processes, data management, and automation.
As a Zoho Administrator, you will be responsible for managing the Zoho environment, customizing applications, automating workflows, and ensuring system stability across all departments.
Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary administrator for Zoho One (CRM, Books, Inventory, Desk, Creator, Flow, etc.).

Manage user roles, permissions, and security settings to ensure data protection and compliance.

Provide technical support and training on Zoho applications.

Customize Zoho apps to match business workflows, develop fields, layouts, and automation rules.

Automate manual processes using Zoho Flow, Zoho Deluge scripting, and custom functions.

Maintain API integrations with third-party applications (payment gateways, HR software, POS systems).

Design and manage custom reports, dashboards, and analytics.

Ensure data integrity, cleanup, and deduplication to improve performance and accuracy.

Support finance and POS integration with Zoho Books, Zoho Inventory, and related systems.

Perform system audits and ensure Zoho licenses, API connections, and automation rules are up to date.

Collaborate with department heads (Operations, Finance, Sales, IT) to align Zoho capabilities with business goals.
Qualifications:

Strong experience in Zoho One administration, including Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho Desk, and other related tools.

Proficient in Zoho customization, automation (Zoho Flow), and API integrations.

Strong problem-solving and process optimization skills.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
